Policy/ Terms and conditions
 
  • A deposit of 50% is required to confirm your appointment. This deposit is non-refundable.
  • The cliënt must arrive with clean, product free and blow dried hair. If you wish to have a wash and blow out at your appointment please make sure to add this to your booking.
  • Make sure you notify us your desired hair color while booking.
  • After booking your appointment the deposit link should be paid within 2 hours. After the 2 hours the slot will be available again for someone else to book.
  • Our pricelist includes hair.
  • If you're running late please notify us.
 
Cancellation policy
  • Cancellation of the appointment must be 48 hours prior. 
  • The deposit can be used for a new appointment and can be saved up to one month.
  • After 15 minutes we will charge an extra €15 after 30 minutes the appointment will be canceled.
  • The deposit is non-refundable
